Graphite cassette brushing machine
Cleaning the graphite cassettes increases the quality of your product. The brush system automatically feeds the graphite cassettes which are manually stacked in the cassette waggon to the brushes and then places them back in the cassette wagon.
In the brushing station, the cassettes, which are mounted on the pick-up fork, are brushed by 4 brushes arranged one behind the other. The brush dust is sucked directly behind the brushes and at a central exhaust nozzle. Depending on the selection, the brush carriage can move back and forth several times. The loading hatch remains closed until the brushing process is completed and the dust is completely sucked off. Worn brushes are easy to change.
