Brushing machine
Cleaning of the graphite cassettes in the carbide industry increases the quality of the products.
The brushing system automatically guides the graphite cassettes to the brushes. The graphite cassettes are then deposited into the cassette wagon. In the brushing station, the cassettes, which are mounted on the pick-up fork, are brushed through four brushes one after another. The brush dust is sucked directly behind the brushes and at a central exhaust connection.
Depending on the selection, the brush carriage can move back and forth several times through the brushes. The loading door remains closed until the brushing process is complete and the dust is completely sucked off. Worn brushes are easy to change.
