Haginger Maschinenbau designs and produces presses up to a press power of 25 MN:
extrusion presses, tube- and extrusion presses and all other kind of presses as well as special presses.

Press Modernizing
For all special parts we can calculate, based on "finite elements method (FEM)", the stresses and movements. So it is possible to change or modernize parts even without an existing documentation.

Discard Separating
Fully automatic discard separation device at a tube and extrusion press.
The 80 kg heavy pressing discs will be cleaned in- and outside. All movements are executed by means of a manipulator.
Up to 8 discs are parallel within a circle.
