End Machining
We provide complete solutions for one sided or both-sided end-forming of tubes, shafts, strands or extruded sections. The process reaches from chamfering, drilling, milling to turning.
It is possible to link these units to new or existing plants.
- End forming plant with fixed length saw, in compact design
- Feeding: through pneumatic portal the product will be fed in one step into the tool axis as well as the finished product will be handed over to the removal belt conveyor.
- Integrated end forming plant with external saw for chamfering the products. The products, shafts and tubes, are fed from the separating device
- Tube chamfering head with hydraulic clamping unit. The contact surfaces are cleaned through air
