Drawing Machines
Our drawing machines draw tubes, strands and sections, out of steel, copper, aluminum, platinum, gold and supra conductor, etc.
The drive follows the requirements, with chain, rack and pinion, spindle or hydraulic cylinder, with DC- or frequency controlled AC-drive.
We deliver all components around the drawing machine.
Drawing Machines New
We produce drawing machines to draw tubes, rods and profiles of copper, brass, aluminum and super conductors. For the drawing of super conductors we developed a new, special handling system.
Easy Handling
When planning the plants a main point is laid to ergonomic and easy working conditions. The working place of the drawer is so situated that he can look to the separation, the plugs and to the drawing die. It is possible to control the tubes before coming to the collecting stanchions.
The charging device resp. the loading drum is equipped with exactly driven drivers. That makes sure that the piercing stem is supported and that the tubes can be lined easily. The operator’s intervention is not necessary. The plugs are stored rotating. The operator so is able to control the whole surface of the plug. The piercing stems are supported directly in front of the die. So the plug won’t fall on to the dies.
The die frame is supplied with a drawing block. If required a second drawing block can be delivered. In this case one drawing block can be supplied with dies and the second is used for drawing. A semi automatically handling system will be used to manipulate the drawing block. The whole working process can be controlled from the operation desk. The drawing machine can be re-prepared easily.

If short drawing lengths are required, the drive of the straight drawing machine will be done with hydraulic cylinder or spindle. If long drawing lengths are required, the drive will be done with chain or gear rack.
The drive with gear rack has the important advantage that the push will be damped because of the big mass of the gear rack. Drawing is done with less vibration and less noise.
